On Friday, October 23, a group of our International Students from the OIIE-UVM visited the National Congress building located in Valparaíso. The students had the opportunity to visit the Senate, the House of Representatives, and the Hall of Honor where the President gives the State of the Union Address on May 21st of each year. They also learned about the different functions of the Representatives and Senators.
After the visit each student received a small book about the National Congress. A special thanks to Senator Arancibia and the guide Hugo Opazo for helping make this visit possible.
