DESPEDIDA PRIMER SEMESTRE 2008The University of Viña del Mar´s International Office held a closing ceremony for three different study programs on Thursday June 26, 2008. Over 70 students participated in one of the three programs: First Semester 2008, Summer I program and the Summer Program for the Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey (México).
This year’s closing ceremony consisted in an international food contest, a photo contest and an international talent show. Around 40 students entered the International food contest and 5 students from Germany, Canada and the USA demonstrated talents from their perspective countries. Awards were given for all contests.
The OIIE would like to thank all the students who participated in the different events and we hope that everyone enjoyed the evening and their Study Abroad experience in Chile!!!
