Announcements for this week: May 1 - 5
I. Visit to Congress
On Thursday, May 4, at 4:00pm we are going to be taking a visit to the Congreso Nacional in Valparaíso. Students who are interested in attending this visit need to sign up by May 3. The sign-up sheet will be posted on my office door.
II. Isla Negra
On Saturday, May 6, there is a day trip planned to Isla Negra. The following is the itnerary for the day:

Itinerario:
09:30 a.m. Bus UVM sale de Diego Portales 17, Agua Santa ( Oficina Internacional Intercambio Estudiantil de la UVM)
Se realizará una visita guiada (en español) al museo de Pablo Neruda en Isla Negra así como actividades recreativas por la tarde.
OJO: El almuerzo corre por cuenta de cada estudiante
06:00 p.m. Hora de regreso a Viña del Mar
If you are interested in taking part in this day trip you need to sign up before May 3. The sign-up sheet will be posted on my office door.
III. Sports

Tennis: Mondays 5:00pm - 6:00pm
Baby Fútbol: Tuesdays 8:00pm - 9:00pm
- We will meet at the International Office at 7:30 in order to arrive at the gym by 8:00pm
Sport Teams UVM
- The University is going to begin the different sport teams for the Chilean students in May. If you would like to participate you need to sign up in my office by May 4. The following are the different sports offered: Futbol (Damas y Varones) Basquetbol (Varones) Tenis (Damas y Varones) Tenis de Mesa (Damas y Varones) Voleibol (Damas y Varones) Para todos (Baile Entretenido, Aerobox, Aerobica)

Paintball:
GIEI is trying to get a group of students to play paintball on Saturday, May 27. If you are interested, the sign-up sheet will be posted on my office door.
Rappelling:
GIEI is also trying to get a group of students to go rappelling. If you are interested, the sign-up sheet will be posted on my office door. The date for this event is yet to be determined.
